Important Terms Regarding Your French Bulldog Puppy Purchase

We want to take a moment to share some important information regarding the purchase of your new French Bulldog puppy. Below, you will find an overview of our general terms. Please keep in mind that you will receive an official contract containing the complete terms of purchase and our health guarantee shortly.

A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required to reserve your new puppy. While this deposit is non-refundable, it is transferable to another available puppy or litter, or to a future puppy or litter if necessary. The remaining balance is due in full by the time the puppy reaches 8 weeks of age or at the time of pickup/delivery. Please note that we only accept cash or bank/wire transfer for the remaining balance.

If shipping is required, the shipping fees must be paid by the time the puppy is 6 weeks old, so we can arrange your puppy’s travel schedule. The cost for hand delivery to most locations in the lower 48 states ranges from $400 to $500, in addition to airfare. We do not ship our puppies via air cargo; instead, we offer hand delivery or utilize a trusted puppy nanny service if necessary. Buyers are also welcome to pick up their puppy in person.

No puppy will leave the seller’s possession before they are 8 weeks old, and all puppies must be picked up or shipped by 12 weeks of age unless prior arrangements are made. If arrangements are not made, the buyer will forfeit all monies paid, and the puppy will be re-sold. It’s important to note that puppies requiring transport to overseas locations cannot be shipped before 14 weeks of age. 

By sending a deposit to hold a puppy, the buyer agrees to all terms outlined here and is bound by this agreement. Any puppy purchased as a pet will be sold under a spay/neuter contract. Our pet prices begin at $2,500 USD.

The seller guarantees that your puppy is the offspring of the listed Sire and Dam and is free of communicable diseases as they appear at the time of sale. Puppies will be current on dewormings appropriate for their age upon leaving the seller’s possession. We follow a vaccine protocol recommended by the American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA) which minimizes the burden of vaccinations on the puppies. Vaccinations for Parvo are administered with the Neopar vaccine, and additional vaccinations are scheduled as per our protocol. 

The buyer certifies that they are not acting as an agent for another individual in this purchase and will not sell the puppy to a mass-producing kennel or puppy mill. The buyer promises to provide appropriate care, exercise, and socialization for the puppy and agrees to keep in contact with the seller throughout the puppy’s life, sharing updates and photos.
